These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MivarMart Supermarket website, mobile application, and online grocery delivery services ("Services"). By creating an account, browsing our catalog, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Account Registration and Security

To place an order with MivarMart, you may create an account or checkout as a guest. You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal and delivery information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login password, and delivery verification codes (OTP). MivarMart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent or inaccurate details.

3. Product Availability, Pricing, and Substitutions

All prices on MivarMart are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes (GST/HST/PST). While we strive for absolute accuracy, prices and item availability are subject to change without prior notice.

• Produce Weights: Fresh produce and meat weights may vary slightly due to natural variations. We aim to match or exceed the purchased weight.
• Out-of-Stock Items: If an item you ordered is unavailable at fulfillment, we will either provide an agreed substitute of equal or greater value or issue an immediate refund to your original payment method.

4. Orders and Payment

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and approved digital payment gateways. When you submit an order, your payment is processed immediately. Orders are confirmed once you receive our official order confirmation notification with your MivarMart Order Number (e.g., MIVA-YYYYMMDD-XXX).

5. Grocery Delivery and Customer Handover

Deliveries are fulfilled through our dedicated dispatch network and Liwas delivery partners. Customers must ensure an authorized recipient is available at the delivery address during the estimated delivery window.

For security, high-value and fresh grocery orders require a 4-Digit Delivery Verification Code (OTP) displayed on your order tracking screen. You must present this code to the driver upon receipt to complete handover.

6. Age-Restricted Items

Orders containing age-restricted goods (such as non-alcoholic specialty beverages, tobacco, or restricted culinary ingredients) require government-issued photo identification upon delivery in accordance with Canadian federal and provincial regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Canadian law, MivarMart Supermarket and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or delays caused by severe weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Amendments

MivarMart reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
