MivarMart provides fast, reliable, and temperature-conscious grocery delivery across our Canadian service zones. We work diligently to ensure your produce remains crisp, dairy stays cold, and pantry goods arrive in pristine condition.

2. Delivery Windows and Fees

• Standard Delivery: Delivered within your chosen delivery slot (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening). Free standard delivery applies to orders meeting the qualifying threshold.
• Express Dispatch: Orders placed for priority fulfillment are dispatched directly from our store via Liwas delivery drivers.
• Live Order Tracking: Track your order in real-time from preparation to doorstep delivery on our dedicated Track Order portal.

3. Delivery Instructions & Unattended Drop-off

Customers living in apartments or gated residences are kindly requested to provide buzzer codes or specific drop-off instructions at checkout. If you choose unattended delivery, items will be left at your designated front door or concierge. Please note that MivarMart cannot be held responsible for temperature deterioration on perishable goods left unattended for extended periods.

4. Freshness Inspection Upon Delivery

We urge you to inspect your grocery order upon handover. If an item is missing, damaged, or does not meet our high freshness standards, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo for an immediate replacement or credit.

5. Return Guidelines for Supermarket Products

• Perishable Foods (Produce, Dairy, Meat, Frozen): Due to food safety and health regulations, perishable items cannot be physically returned once handed over. However, if any perishable item is damaged or substandard, we issue an immediate full refund or store credit without requiring return shipment.
• Non-Perishable & Household Goods: Unopened, sealed non-perishable pantry items and general household goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery with original receipt.
